Built on a simple insight
Jobman Global — founded in 2022 and incorporated in 2024 — was built on a simple insight: businesses lose time, money and momentum when they depend on multiple vendors who don't talk to each other. HR works in isolation. Compliance runs separately. Finance, operations and support services move in different directions. The result is confusion, delays and zero accountability. We set out to change that.
While numerous consulting firms exist, most lack efficient execution across business disciplines — from inception to establishment to continuous operations. The absence of an organized, one-stop solution forces businesses to juggle multiple providers, resulting in delays, inefficiencies, frustration and increased expense.

Akhil Kedia
Akhil is a Business consulting & management expert with nearly two decades of experience spanning investment banking operations (JP Morgan India), human resource management, payroll, consulting, compliance, and staffing. That range across domains gave him something rare: a panoramic view of how organizations actually function — and where they consistently break down.
Through this journey, Akhil observed recurring, yet resolvable gaps across the industry: fragmented execution, multiple touchpoints for clients, and the absence of a unified ecosystem that brings varied expertise together. Recognising the opportunity to simplify and strengthen business operations for clients, he built Jobman Global.
He is a management graduate from Bangalore University. Three guiding principles define his personal and professional philosophy:

Stephan Buchli
Stephan is a seasoned business leader and innovator who has built his career at the intersection of strategy and execution — driving transformation across complex global organizations and scaling ambitious startups and mid-sized companies alike. His expertise spans across diverse domains giving him a rare ability to move seamlessly between boardroom strategy and on-the-ground implementation. An MBA in Strategy and Communication and executive education at INSEAD sharpened his strategic thinking, while years of hands-on leadership tested it in practice. As the founder of a technology startup, he has also lived the realities of building something from zero — an experience that instilled agility and a relentless focus on the customer.
Stephan joins Jobman Global's advisory board to bring this blend of global perspective and entrepreneurial grit to provide his guidance on “why and how” of the market especially to those who wish to enter India.
